All Houses 4 You properties fall into at least one of the below categories:

  • Provide a good return
    For example, we sourced a property in Invercargill for $113,000. It is rented for $240 per week. That is an 11% gross yield. Sometimes we get good returns by buying way under the advertised price. Other times, by putting the rent up to market levels.
  • Opportunity to add value through minor cosmetic work
    For example, we sourced a block of four two bedroom units in Tokoroa for $190 000. Once the investor spent $5000 on painting and cleaning, the property was worth $265,000.
  • Opportunity to subdivide
    For example, one of our investors purchased a three bedroom house and two two-bedroom units in Auckland for $590,000. The dwellings are all on one title but once they are given separate titles, the properties will be worth $750,000.
